Perfect Delivery is only awarded once a project has met specific targets. These targets are agreed with you and based on the elements of a project that you identify as being important. A project is awarded Perfect Delivery only if it achieves:

Completion on time: allowing business to continue or start as planned

A defect-free handover: providing a fully operational space when it is required and removing the need for any disruptive post-completion work.

Completed operating and maintenance manuals: allowing immediate and safe operation of the space

A key thing: an additional objective, identified by you, as being critical to the success of the project.
