Overbury’s work received widespread acclaim at this year’s British Council for Offices Regional Awards, as projects won best Fit Out of Workspace in both the Northern and Southern awards, with another achieving runner up at the Midlands and East Anglia awards ceremony.

Quintiles' new EMEA Headquarters in Reading won the Fit Out of Workspace category for the South West of England, Thames Valley and South Wales. The project saw Overbury fit out the 120,000 sq ft building in just 16 weeks to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

In the North, North Wales and Northern Ireland region the Fit Out of Workspace category was won by BBC MediaCity, Salford. Overbury achieved this ambitious fit out and refurbishment project involving three buildings, home to 37 departments over 20 floors and 380,000 sq ft with two live studios, in 73 weeks.

Another Overbury fit out in Milton Keynes achieved runner up in the Refurbished/Recycled Workspace category for the Midlands and East Anglia region.
