Two redundant office buildings in Reading’s town centre – one an early 19th century listed building - were converted into a four star hotel with 75 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, and six luxury suites. Glass entrances and canopies were installed and a glass link created between the two buildings. Other features of the project included the creation of a brasserie, café and private dining /meeting rooms, bar, main kitchen, gym, and offices.
