The client’s objective was “the show must go on”: and so the works were carefully planned so the performances could continue without disruption to staff or the public. Works took place continuously between midnight on Saturday to midday on Monday and as a result no performance was compromised during the six month construction period. The project included the refurbishment of the foyer, seating and bars and the formation of a new VIP lounge, box office, foyer seating and disabled access.
