Perfect Delivery™

Perfect Delivery™ is the standard we work towards on every project. It represents our dedication to high quality projects and delivering precisely as promised.

In order for us to achieve Perfect Delivery™ we must deliver projects on time, with fully operational O&Ms and snag free. And that’s not all; we also work with you to determine an additional criterion for a 100% perfect project. It gives you an opportunity to add something to the project journey that is important to you. It also gives our teams a real insight into what is vital for your project.

Perfect Delivery™ was launched in 1999 and has been firmly in our DNA ever since. Currently, 91% of our projects have been awarded Perfect Delivery™ and we continually strive to improve with every project.

Company information

Parent Company

Overbury is part of the Morgan Sindall Group plc - a leading UK construction and regeneration group. The group operates through its key divisions - Construction, Infrastructure, Office Design and Fit Out, Property Services, Partnership Housing and Urban Regeneration.

Diversity and Inclusion

At Overbury, we are committed to harnessing and increasing the diversity of our workforce, creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and respected for who they are.

Nurturing and encouraging inclusivity makes our business stronger, more successful and more effective by removing barriers to achievement and unlocking the potential of our people.

To help us along this journey, we are working with the Leonard Cheshire charity through their Change 100 initiative, which gives students and graduates with disabilities the opportunity for a summer placement. This initiative hopes to break down the barriers people with disabilities can experience in the workplace. It also helps us to continuously improve our processes and ensure we are an organisation that supports every part of society.

Modern Slavery Act 2015

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires large companies to disclose each year the steps they've taken to ensure there is no modern slavery in their business or supply chains. This is a cause we're wholly committed to, and our Morgan Sindall Group plc statement is available here.

Gender Pay Gap

In April 2017 new legislation came into force requiring companies with more than 250 employees to publish their gender pay gap. The report for Overbury's gender pay gap should be read in conjunction with the Morgan Sindall Group plc gender pay gap report which can be found here.
