When the Land Registry relocated to Castle Wharf House, in Nottingham, it was us they called in to design and fit out their new offices. With quality paramount and time tight, we completed the project before time and on budget.
Apart from the fitting out itself, we paid particular attention to enhancing the Land Registry’s brand by employing high-quality graphics and art to depict the history of the organisation.
We installed open-plan spaces, meeting rooms, a new reception area, conference facilities and a café, along with new air conditioning system throughout the basement, ground, second and third floors. We also installed a shower block in the basement.
We provided weekly updates to stakeholders, including regular photographs and videos to keep everyone up to speed on what was being done. The deadline was set, but we beat the clock – in fact, the upper floors were ready for occupation early.
