A generous team of dedicated Overbury staff and sub-contractors, currently completing a fit out project in Aldwych for an asset management firm, have started paying for their coffee in any effort to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Over the last few weeks, visitors to the staff canteen have been encouraged to donate a pound or two for their coffee – usually provided without charge – and so far over £600 has been raised for the worthy cause.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is an international centre of excellence in child healthcare and each year it welcomes over 240,000 patient visits. Finding new and better treatments and cures for childhood illnesses is central to the work of the hospital, as is paediatric training for specialist health practitioners.

The Overbury team included Andrew Griffin, technical services manager; Cameron Griffin, assistant technical services manager; David Duffy, project manager; Lucy Bottrill, site secretary; Perrie Smith, senior construction manager; and Stephen Montague, senior project surveyor.
