Perfect Delivery™

Perfect Delivery™ is the standard we work towards on every project. It represents our dedication to high quality fit out and delivering precisely as promised.

In order for us to achieve Perfect Delivery™ we must deliver projects on time, snag free, with completed O&M manuals and safely delivered. And that’s not all; we also work with you to determine an additional criterion for a 100% perfect project. We call this the client key objective and it gives you an opportunity to add something to the project journey that is important to you. It also gives our teams a real insight into what is vital for your project.

Perfect Delivery™ was launched in 1999 and has been firmly in our DNA ever since. Currently, 94% of our projects have been awarded Perfect Delivery™ and we are continually striving to improve with every fit out.

Nurturing and encouraging inclusivity makes our business stronger, more successful and more effective by removing barriers to achievement and unlocking the potential of our people.

To help us along this journey, we are working with the Leonard Cheshire charity through their Change 100 initiative, which gives students and graduates with disabilities the opportunity for a summer placement. This initiative hopes to break down the barriers people with disabilities can experience in the workplace. It also helps us to continuously improve our processes and ensure we are an organisation that supports every part of society.
