Overbury has been awarded the contract to transform Deloitte's 52,000 sq ft offices at Four Brindleyplace in the city centre.

The offices will undergo a refurbishment after the business signed a new 10 year lease on its base where its 750 employees occupy three floors. Deloitte moved into its Brindleyplace offices 15 years ago.

Work on the prestigious project began recently and is expected to be completed in March next year, said account manager Danny Parmar of Overbury’s Birmingham based Central team.

“This is a really interesting and exciting project for Deloitte, who we have worked with on a number of schemes in cities including London and Manchester over the past 20 years,” said Danny.

“We have been tasked with reconfiguring and refitting Deloitte’s existing offices to fit with the design that creates an inclusive, inviting and inspiring workplace for Deloitte’s people and clients so they can deliver what really matters."

A leader in sustainable fit out with the highest environmental credentials, Overbury aims to deliver the project to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard assessed under the new BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit Out (RFO) 2014 scheme.

Overbury specialises in fit out and refurbishment nationally with projects ranging from a few thousand pounds up to several million pounds, delivered by regional teams. The company focuses on offices, higher education and retail banking projects and has worked with the likes of Coventry University, National Grid and BNP Paribas in the region.
