Project description

Spanning two floors, AYBL's new office has been transformed into a hub of creativity and productivity. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a sleek new reception area that sets the tone for what lies ahead.

Industrial elegance

The design studios, boasting trendy Crittall glazing, are strategically positioned to soak up the natural light pouring in from the right. With an industrial edge and a touch of contemporary flair, the black and white colour scheme dominates, accented by light wood splashes and stylish shelving. The space exudes a cool, urban vibe that perfectly complements AYBL's brand.

But the real showstopper is undoubtedly 'The Charge Point', a multi-purpose, flexible breakout space that includes a kitchen and a variety of touchdown areas that can be used for collaborative working. Its high ceiling is emphasised by a magnificent 6-metre tree, breathing life into the space. This is where ideas flow freely and collaboration thrives, all while enjoying the convenience of a fully-equipped teapoint.

Not 'mezzing' around

Overbury created a first floor mezzanine to create a further 2,982 sq ft of much needed floorspace, including the creation of a boardroom, photo studio and a town hall collaboration booth.

Keeping AYBL running

The key challenge behind the fit out was to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Growth for AYBL’s business has been fast, and it was imperative that works were delivered efficiently and smoothly to allow them to continue with their demanding daily undertakings at all times.
