Evelyn Partners, a UK leader in wealth management, were looking for a high quality office that would reflect their renewed brand identity, support the growth of their Bristol team and proudly welcome clients.

The initial brief covered the full floorplate, with the project evolving midway through the build when Evelyn Partners’ professional services arm, S&W, became its own independent business, requiring a reworking of the project to create dedicated spaces for both businesses.

A flexible approach to a changing brief

We delivered a full Cat B fit out that created two distinct yet cohesive office environments. Each side features a client arrival area, a mix of meeting rooms and a boardroom along with an open plan office for day to day work. Soft curved partitions give the space a calm and inviting feel and help guide movement through the floor.

The build includes new M&E services across the floor, a new comms room and new carpets to bring a fresh look to both offices. Bespoke timber acoustic doors were installed to support privacy and reduce noise transfer in client meeting rooms. Alongside the fit out works, the team hosted several site visits from schoolchildren from the local area.
