For the international cooperative Rabobank, the fit out of its UK Office at Sixty London Wall needed to deliver on several fronts: it had to reflect Rabobank’s brand and future vision, support new ways of working and meet ambitious environmental targets. Just as importantly, it had to be delivered to a high standard, with clarity and trust at the core of the relationships throughout the fit out.

A collaborative approach to deliver to a high standard

From the start, we worked closely with the client and consultant team to translate the vision into a tangible space, going beyond what was expected to exceed their sustainability and quality goals. We collaborated with our supply chain to introduce a range of sustainable substitutions, including using Medite Clear Ply as a plywood alternative, replacing traditional wall build ups with Habito Board and reusing ceiling tiles from the basebuild.

To maintain quality, we built full-size mock-ups and displayed all material samples on movable boards – making it easy for the design team to visualise and sign off details. We also organised site and factory visits, including the veneer workshop where large sheets were laid out for approval. This attention to detail made a real impact on the final finish and gave the client and architects confidence in the build process.

Precise coordination was key – especially for the bespoke curved elements. We created templates for all trades to follow, ensuring every detail came together perfectly. Clear, structured monthly reporting helped the Rabobank team stay engaged throughout the build, including Matterport scans, drone footage and timelapse videos to bring their wider team along on the journey.

A workplace that sets the standard

The final result is a standout workplace that reflects Rabobank’s culture, ambition and care. Everyone involved in the fit out shares a sense of pride in what’s been achieved; a space that delivers on quality, supports a dynamic way of working and champions sustainable choices throughout.
