Overbury secures contract to deliver science and technology workspace at British Land’s 1 Triton Square

British Land has entered into a preconstruction services agreement with Overbury to deliver mixed-use science and technology workspace across 220,000 sq ft, in the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter.

We’re delighted to have been appointed by British Land to lead the refurbishment of 1 Triton Square and deliver one of London’s premier science and technology buildings. The fit out will create a mixed-use facility split into laboratory space and office space. We start on-site in the summer of 2024 with an estimated completion date in Summer 2025.
