Home News Celebrating excellence at the BPIC Awards 2024
Monday, 16th December 2024
The BPIC Awards 2024 showcased inspiring leaders driving change in the built environment industry.
As a leading organisation, BPIC is committed to promoting inclusion, celebrating talent and addressing the underrepresentation of Black professionals in the industry.
This year, Fozia Parveen, Head of Social Value and Enterprise at Overbury, served as a judge for the prestigious Head of Diversity of the Year category. Reflecting on her role, Fozia noted, "It was an honour to help recognise individuals who are making a real difference in driving diversity and inclusion across our industry."
We extend our congratulations to Rebecca Crowther, ED&I Lead UK & Europe at AtkinsRéalis, for being named Head of Diversity of the Year. Rebecca’s leadership in championing diversity, implementing inclusive policies and delivering measurable progress stood out to the judging panel. Her dedication to fostering positive change perfectly aligns with BPIC’s mission of elevating exceptional talent and driving sustainable transformation in the sector.
Overbury is proud to have contributed to this year’s awards and to support an industry that recognises and empowers diverse leadership. Congratulations again to Rebecca and all the nominees who continue to inspire positive change in our industry.
