Overbury makes excellent contribution to Morgan Sindall Group's 2024 half year results

Overbury announces excellent half year financial results, making a positive contribution to Morgan Sindall Group’s performance. Overbury’s results reflect its dedication to fulfilling the Group's vision and making a positive impact in the industry.

Morgan Sindall Group delivered another record set of results in the first half, once again reflecting the high-quality of its operations and the talent and commitment of its people. Group revenue increased by 14% to £2.2bn, adjusted operating profit before tax was up 17% to £70.1m and the interim dividend up 15% to 41.5 pence per share. The Group’s balance sheet remains strong with net cash of £351m, and together with its high-quality secured order book of £8.7bn, the Group is well-positioned for the future.

In a statement, Chris Booth, Overbury’s Managing Director attributed the company's achievements to its talented staff and their unwavering commitment to shared company and Group values. Some of the high-quality projects Overbury has been appointed to deliver across the UK during the period include PwC, Latham & Watkins, Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group, Motability, AstraZeneca, Standard Chartered Bank, King’s College London, Birmingham City University and the University of Wolverhampton.
