Overbury projects shortlisted at 2023 Insider North East Business Property Awards

Overbury is proud to have played a role in the delivery of Hay & Kilner and Womble Bond Dickson's new spaces in Newcastle.

Hay & Kilner's state-of-the-art headquarters in The Lumen building and Womble Bond Dickson's new consolidated space in The Spark have been shortlisted for Fit-out/Refurbishment of the Year at the 2023 Insider North East Business Property Awards.

Overbury collaborated with a range of expert regional contractors to ensure that these Newcastle office spaces met Hay & Kilner's and Womble Bond Dickson's working requirements, fit with their working cultures and delivered on sustainability criteria.

We are delighted to have contributed to these successful projects alongside our partners. We worked with Knight Frank on Hay & Kilner; and Seven Partnership, 3-Sphere, WK Space and Shore Engineering for Womble Bond Dickson.
