Proudly part of the Group, Overbury delivers a market leading performance in the first half of 2026, driven by strong client relationships, a healthy project pipeline and the expertise of its people.
Overbury has contributed to another strong half year performance for Morgan Sindall Group, continuing to build on its reputation as the UK's leading fit out specialist. Across the first six months of 2026, the business continued to deliver outstanding projects for clients, creating workplaces, learning environments and research spaces that support the ambitions of the organisations that use them.
In a changing market, clients continue to place their trust in Overbury's teams to deliver complex projects with certainty, care and attention to detail. The strength of our relationships, combined with a collaborative approach and unrelenting focus on delivery excellence has supported another successful six months for the business.
Morgan Sindall Group announced, "The Group delivered another robust performance in the first half of 2026, with significant contributions from both the Fit Out and Construction divisions. Group revenue increased by 8% up to £2,562m, while adjusted operating profit increased by 21% to £111.5m. Adjusted operating margin was 4.4%, 50 basis points higher than the prior period."
