Next generation of construction talent joins Foundation Programme in 2025

The Overbury and Morgan Lovell Foundation Programme has welcomed its latest intake of 21 new starters at the 2025 Kickstart session, marking the beginning of their journey in the fit out industry.

Now entering its 11th year, the Foundation Programme has established itself as a proven launchpad for early careers. Since its inception, the programme has supported 194 Foundationers, with over 100 of them joining since 2022, underlining its rapid growth and lasting impact.

This year’s Foundationers are beginning their careers across a wide range of roles, including:

  • Construction Management

  • Quantity Surveying

  • Technical Services Management

  • Design

  • 3D Visualisation

  • Environmental

The Kickstart session provides each Foundationer with valuable insight into the company, helping them build strong peer networks and develop confidence through mentoring, team bonding and practical sessions.

With 14 apprentices, five graduates and two placement year students joining in 2025, the programme continues to demonstrate Overbury and Morgan Lovell’s long term commitment to attracting, supporting and developing the next generation of talent who will shape the future of the industry.
