We've been awarded three WELL Equity Ratings, recognising our continued commitment to creating inclusive workplaces. This includes a third year of recognition for our London head office, a second year for our Birmingham office and a first time award for our Manchester office.
The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) awards the WELL Equity Rating as part of the WELL Building Standard. This recognition supports organisations in developing strategies to improve diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility within their workplaces.
By securing three ratings, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to creating inclusive office environments, supporting employee wellbeing and building a culture where people feel they belong. The addition of Manchester this year marks another step forward in extending these principles across our UK offices.
