Overbury and sister company, Morgan Lovell, will move into new office space at Maxis 1 in Bracknell on 8 June. As a result of lease breaks, the two companies have signed a long-term lease, reaffirming commitment to the south and confidence in the regional office market.

Overbury is a market leading national fit out and refurbishment contractor specialising in commercial office, educational and retail banking projects from £5,000 up to £100m. The Southern team undertake prominent projects in the south of England, which include the prestigious Ben Ainslie Racing HQ in Portsmouth, local authority framework refurbishments for Reading, Luton, Kent and Bristol, as well as a number of high quality fit outs for SEGRO, PwC, Cisco, and Oracle.

Morgan Lovell and Overbury are the first two occupiers in the Maxis campus (Maxis 1, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1RT), which is owned by Hines with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P.
