Overbury announces new MD for Major Projects team

Major Projects, based in London, delivers commercial refurbishment and fit out projects ranging from £12m to over £500m. Mark will now lead this experienced team, which consists of 210 people, as they deliver flagship projects for some of the UK's best known brands. The team prides itself on its collaborative approach, repeat business ethos and ensuring that clients always come first.

Mark joined the business as a college leaver 24 years ago on a management trainee scheme. He has worked in both Overbury's Bracknell and Manchester offices and has spent the last 20 years with the Major Projects team, the last twelve years as commercial manager.

He is taking over from John Baker, who has been with the business for 31 years and will now take up a part time role in an advisory capacity.
