Overbury becomes Gold member of The 5% Club 2024-25

The 5% Club is a progressive movement aimed at encouraging employers to increase the quantity, quality and range of 'earn and learn' opportunities, including apprenticeships, graduate schemes and sponsored student placements. These initiatives are designed to help build a skilled, socially mobile and cohesive workforce. By joining The 5% Club, employers commit to ensuring that at least 5% of their workforce is engaged in these roles.

Overbury has exceeded the 5% target, with 6% of its workforce currently participating in 'earn and learn' programs. This recognition positions Overbury among those leading efforts to enhance workplace learning and expand these opportunities to benefit both our employees and the wider community.
