The Titanic Hotel in Liverpool played host to the National Project Excellence Awards 2025, an event organised by the Procure Partnerships Framework to showcase the very best in the built environment.
The awards celebrate firms that demonstrate industry leading best practice across their projects, highlighting achievements in technical innovation, social impact and sustainability. This year’s ceremony was the biggest yet, bringing together teams from across the UK whose work is making a real difference to communities.
Overbury was named winner of Project of the Year South, delivered in collaboration with GT3 Architects, Avison Young and Introba.
In addition to the win, two Overbury projects were also recognised on the shortlist for:
