This is our fourth annual Scope 3 emissions report. Each year, our methodology improves, our data becomes more robust and our understanding of carbon grows. But as the business continues to expand, achieving reductions becomes increasingly challenging.

In 2025, we reduced carbon intensity by 27%, while absolute carbon emissions increased by 2% for the first time after three consecutive years of reductions.

With 99% of our emissions sitting within Scope 3, real progress depends on working together with manufacturers, designers, clients and contractors alike.
