Overbury projects win at the BCO Awards 2023

Five Bank Street won the National Innovation Award for generating a positive social and environmental impact. Incorporating 16 social value KPIs, collaborating with charities and reducing waste were central to this fit out in Canary Wharf. The use of materials passports for disassembly, and the office's BREEAM and WELL ratings impressed the judges. We worked on this project alongside BNP Paribas Real Estate, Canary Wharf Group, Perkins&Will, Chapmanbdsp, Turner & Townsend, Hoare Lea, Cordless Consultants, Equation and SOM.

The HERE building was recognised as the winner of the inaugural National ESG award, after winning the award for the South West and South Wales. This BREEAM Excellent building in Reading's Thames Valley Park fully embraced the circular economy to create this carbon neutral space. Our partners on this project were V7, BauMont Real Estate Capital Limited, Hawkins\Brown, Hoare Lea, Element Four, TFT and Hatch.
